The Ramos Sunday celebration marks the beginning the festivities of Uruapan. The main attraction of the place is the craft flea market that opens during Easter. You can meet the work of over 1,300 exhibitors of 47 communities from the four ethnic races of the state. 

The event ends after 16 days, a good time to go to the 40 artistic and cultural events, gastronomic shows, parade of artisans and other activities. A spectacle full of colors, shapes, textures and flavors to meet Michoacan.  

Between other activities, there is a contest that organizes the Instituto del Artesano Michoacano.
