Night of the Dead and musical magic

Morelia celebrates its magnificent International Music Festival. Now that you are here follow the footsteps of Don Vasco and also visit the Conservatory of Roses to listen to the choir. Michoacán is one of the places where the celebration of the Night of the Dead is most deeply cherished, especially around Lake Pátzcuaro where cemeteries become beautiful displays of color, flowers and candles. An incredible handicrafts market in Pátzcuaro allows you to buy directly from local artisans from all over the state. In Capula, the Catrina Skulls are the main attraction. In Tzintzuntzan, the night begins with a representation of Don Juan Tenorio. Further on, on the Plateau, Uruapan is illuminated by the Candle Festival.
